Refund and Return Policy

At Adsall, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return it to us subject to the policy below.

Protect Your Purchase: The Unboxing Video

We want your return process to be as fast and hassle-free as possible! To help protect you, we suggest taking a quick video while you open your package.

If your order isn't perfect, this video is the best and fastest way to show us what happened. It helps us skip the back-and-forth and jump straight to processing your replacement or refund.

Your Right to Cancel (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

In accordance with UK law, you have the right to cancel your contract with us and return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order, for any reason.

To be eligible for a return under this cooling-off period, your item must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

• In its original packaging with all original tags attached.

How to Start a Return

2. In your email, please include your Order Number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

3. We will reply with instructions on how to send your item(s) back to us. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you have received an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us at [adsallmy@gmail.com] within 30 days of receipt. Please include your order number and photos of the fault. We will arrange for a free return and offer either a full refund or a replacement.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within [e.g., 5-10] business days.

Exchanges

The simplest way to exchange an item is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the size or colour you prefer.
