Directions
1. Check the hot water bottle for any signs of damage before use. Do not use if damaged. 2. Clean the hot water bottle before first use. 3. Fill the hot water bottle up to two-thirds with warm water. The temperature should not exceed 80 degrees Celsius. 4. Squeeze the hot water bottle gently to remove any trapped air. 5. Close the cap securely. 6. Place the hot water bottle on the desired area, such as the neck, shoulders, back, or abdomen, for therapeutic warmth. 7. Use the plush waist cover for additional comfort and to prevent direct skin contact. 8. When finished, empty the hot water bottle and let it cool before storing. 9. Store the hot water bottle in a cool, dry place.
