Returns
We want all our customers to receive high quality products. If there is something wrong with the product you have received or if your delivery is not identical to your order (wrong product or if a product is missing), please contact our customer service.
If you send us a mail, please include as many details as possible including your order number as well as a picture if there is something wrong with one of the products
You may be liable for any shipping costs if the item is returned or exchanged due to reasons other than received damage. You can always return items if they are defective.
All shortages, damages and discrepancies have to be notified by email within 14 days of receipt of goods. No claims will be entertained after this time.
For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service
- Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging
- We will reply with a unique number which will identity your goods on their return
- The number must be clearly displayed on the returned package
- Please DO NOT return an item without obtaining a Returns Reference Number from us first.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will refund your payment within 5 working days
- There will be a 20% restocking charge for any items returned.

You must pay for the shipping to return the goods and this must also be arranged by yourself. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure you pack the return safely to prevent any damage to the products or boxes
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights. Refunds For questions about a charges that has been made to your credit or debit card or you didn't receive the refunded money. please contact ebay or paypal.
Exchange
You will be credited the amount for the returned item(s), including taxes. Please refer to our Return policy for instructions.
For the new item, you may place a new order. This will be a faster exchange and you can grab your item while still available.
Delivery
We only shipping to United Kingdom, European Union and some other countries
PayPal confirmed addresses only
If you require a specific address to ship the order to, please make sure that you enter this in the before confirm the payment
We will not ship to any other address under any circumstances

- Orders will be shipped on the next working day
- We use Royal mail, Collect+, UK Mail or other courier service depending on the weight of your order.
- Royal Mail 1st class post & Next day delivery options available at checkout for UK shipping

Cancellation
If your order been processed - the time we see your message (we receives 100s of queries every day):
We won’t be able cancel your order but you can return the item once you have received(you have to pay the postage) for refund
If your order not processed:
we can refund your payment within 2-5 working days
Please note:
We definitely won't pay transaction fees for cancelled items.
Paypal transaction fee won’t be refundable – (Paypal's Fees per transaction as they are charged)
Payments
We prefer Paypal and you may make a payment directly with Paypal using a debit card or credit card.
Payment is due within 4 days or a unpaid item notice is sent automatically by our system. If payment is not made, the item is still available for purchase.
