Buying multiple items?
Simply confirm each item but do not checkout. After you have confirmed the final item then just click on the "request a total from seller" link. We will then email you the best possible shipping discounted invoice. Once checkout is completed no other items may be added on. We cannot refund any postage overpayments once checkout has been completed. |
| All items are usually shipped within 2 days via a suitable courier or royal mail for smaller items. Our shipping charges are for UK mainland postcodes only. The following postcodes will incur a surcharge BT, TR, IM, IV, HS, KW, PA, PH3, ZE and all channel islands. Please see our postage page for all details of surcharges. Where possible on smaller items we will try to avoid any surcharges.
On the day of dispatch we will email you a dispatch notification, and for items sent via courier we will also email you a tracking email. If within 2 days of the dispatch email you have not received any contact from the courier you must contact them by the 3rd day via the the information provided in the email. Failure to do so may result in the parcel being returned to us and you the customer incurring return and redelivery charges (see postage page for charges). We will only ship to the address provided to us via ebay and it is the customers duty to insure the postal address is correct and so is their email address. Customers must provide a mobile telephone number in your ebay account so that the courier may contact you if need be. |
| Your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not pleased with your purchase you may return it for a full refund of the item price within 7 days of receipt. All we ask is that the item is in its original condition with all packaging undamaged and in as sold condition. All memory foam products are vacuum packed and so these items must be returned in completely unopened condition.
Before returning simply email us for a returns number. All postage and packaging charges incurred by us or yourselves are non refundable |
