If any of the Goods received appear visibly damaged or different to what was described, please email us within 48 hours upon its arrival. Please remember to attach a photo of the received item in the email and we are happy to arrange an exchange.
If your item isn't working properly, please report the problem to us via email within 14 days from the date of receiving. We will provide you the instructions of receiving a replacement or returning your item for a refund if the item is confirmed to be defective.
Where you are withdrawing from your purchase in 14 days after delivery, and there's been no error on our part, we'll refund only the item price upon receiving your returned parcel. Buyer should take the cost of return shipping charge.
Before sending the item back, please request a return through eBay. You will find this in you purchase history on 'My eBay' drop down menu - ' Purchase history'. Please include inside the packaging your item number, your eBay ID, your name, address and reason for return. And it is much appreciated if you would send us tracking number or certificate to confirm return. This will ensure we know your item is coming and therefore reduce the handling time.
All returned parcels will be examined before we precede a refund or exchange. It will take up to 48 hours. You will receive a confirmation email when we finish the examination.
